Who we are
This website is operated by Qienne Inc (“Qienne”, “we”, “us”). It is a product catalog for business buyers. It does not take orders and is not intended for patients or consumers.
Information we collect
Information you give us: when you send an inquiry we receive your name, organization, email address, country or state, the product you are interested in, and your message.
Please do not include patient information, health information or other sensitive personal data in your message.
The inquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is not an automated program. Inquiries are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and forwarded to our business mailbox. We keep a one-way hash of the sender’s IP address only to limit abuse.
Information collected automatically: our servers may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to reply to your request. We use technical logs to secure and maintain the site. We do not use inquiry information for automated decisions about you.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share it with service providers who help us run the site and handle email, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses only what is needed for it to work, such as remembering your language choice in the page address. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, session-replay or chat tools.
If we add analytics or other optional technologies, we will describe them here, let you switch them off, and honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; that provider may receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
Retention
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records, and then delete or anonymize them.
